E3 STEM Academy's dream is to make a difference in STEM education and an attempt to serve the community. Here at E3, we tailor our teaching practices to the individual needs of our students. We take due care to foster our students’ self-esteem and motivation keeping their natural curiosity for learning alive. We strive to approach our work with creativity expanding students’ imagination and critical thinking skills to apply the content to real world.
To provide students with appropriate learning experiences needed to facilitate the process of discovering their self. After all, education is the journey of one’s self and the true measure of the curriculum we provide to our students lies in how they live their lives after graduation.
Placing the child’s heart at the core of education, we take up the challenge of developing strong individuals who can thrive, not just in class, but through the inevitable adversities of human life, giving them the hope to follow their dreams.

I strongly believe that a teacher can be likened to a parent or confidante who deeply cares, understands and believes in her students’ success. I agree that not everyone can teach– only a lucky few have been blessed with this precious gift. I therefore take pride in my profession as an educator. One of the greatest advantages of working with young people is that I am not the same teacher I was last year and I will not be the same next year. I have emerged as a stronger teacher with every lesson I taught and will continue to grow with more experiences to come.
